E-mailing Documents

It is possible to E-mail the following:

However, digitized publications cannot be sent by E-mail.

In order to E-mail a document, click the link E-mail in the toolbar when the desired entry is being viewed. The following information must be entered in the form "E-mail Document":

  1. Sender's E-mail: Enter your own E-mail address.
  2. Mail to: Enter the E-mail address to which you wish to send the document. If you enter more than one E-mail address, they must be separated with semicolons.
  3. Subject: This field will be filled out automatically. However, you can alter the default setting and use a different subject entry.
  4. Message: It is possible to include a personal message in the E-mail.

The fields "Sender’s E-mail", "Mail to" and "Subject" are compulsory and must be completed before the document can be mailed.



Please note:

Digitized publications cannot be mailed. We recommend using the Download function in order to do this. The download function allows you to generate a PDF file of the viewed image. This can be saved on your computer and if necessary, mailed using your own E-mail appliance. For more details please see the chapter Save Document as PDF.
