Save
Documents as PDF
Digitized
publications can be saved in PDF format. You can save up to 50 pages at once.
Please
note that this function is only available for digitized publications. Electronic tables
of contents, bibliographic descriptions, bio-bibliographic articles, publication
pages, person pages and lists of marked documents can be
printed by clicking Print and mailed with E-mail.
In
order to make further use of publications in PDF format, use the following procedure:
- In
the toolbar of the page of the digitized publication being viewed choose the link Download.
- A
new window will open. It is possible to display up to 50 pages of a work in
PDF format. These can be saved, printed and also E-mailed if necessary.
Enter the desired page number in the input field. You can enter individual
page numbers or a series of pages, which should be separated by commas, e.g.
1,3,5-7,11-15. Please only enter numbers.
- Click
OK
- The
selected page(s) will be opened with Acrobat Reader™. It may take a
few seconds until all pages have been loaded completely.
- Use
Acrobat Reader™ to view the page(s) and to print or save them.
- Close
the window and return to the application.
